Join me in this class for a Calabrian dinner. We’ll start with zucchini fritters and then followed with gnocchi tossed with a zucchini sauce. You will learn how to make fresh Calabrian sausage flavored with wild fennel seeds, sweet pepper powder, and some Calabrian hot pepper powder. To complete the meal, we’ll finish with a cherry almond cake.
