Thanksgiving – Perfect Turkey and Sous Vide, 10am

Thanksgiving is typically the time when amateur cooks take on a daunting meal.  Well don’t try to pull this off without some help.  Our class will show you how to create a memorable meal without all the fuss and stress.  In fact, you might find time to reorganize your music library while the dinner is cooking.  Stay in control.  Take this class.

We’ll make all the traditional fare, and some with a twist:

Perfect Roasted Turkey – We will show you some great tips and trick on making the perfect holiday bird.  Once you follow our method, you’ll never go back.

Hipster Sous Vide Turkey – People have asked and we are responding with a Sous Vide bird that is amazingly succulent.

Sourdough Stuffing – Use some of the best bread in the Bay Area to make a wonderful side dish and it will not disappoint.

Bourbon Gravy – Good enough to drink, but not good enough for ice cubes.

Mashed Potatoes – Not just any mashed potatoes, but the best ever.  We’ll show you the proper techniques to create a luscious rich dish.

Caramel Pumpkin Pie – Just like your favorite, but better with caramel.

Fresh Cranberry Sauce – If you grew up with canned cranberry sauce, this will be a revelation.

Start time is 10am.  Class is scheduled for 3-4 hours.
