Greek Mediterranean- Cretan Pies, 5pm

Chef Chris Pipilis has worked at many of the top restaurants throughout the states and travelled extensively experiencing cuisines both old and new.  In this class, his recent voyage to Crete showcases some of the unique flavors from the Mediterranean.

Hand pies are staples in this region and we’ll get to know the flavors of the following pies:

Spinach
Cheese
Fennel
Onion
Cheese and Honey
These pies can either be baked or fried, so we’ll create batches of both to savor and compare.
