Hog Butchery 2.1

Finally have all the pieces coordinated except for you!!! We will run this class tomorrow at 6pm in Emeryville.
This advanced class is for those who are truly foodies interested in the art of Hog Butchery. We’ve secured a 300lb hog that we’ll break down into cuts you may be familiar with. Our master Butcher will describe the work and those who are attending will be assisting in creating delicious sausage from the trim and “other cuts.” Attendees will be going home with the sausage we create. We’ll also do a few dishes if time allows.
Cost is $125 and class size in limited to 12 spots.
Class begins at 6pm and will last approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.
