There is something magical with cooking and playing with new equipment that can marry technology along with standard techniques. Using sous vide, which has been around for decades, it bring about a new thought process of never overcooking food. Our friends at Anova Culinary have developed a unit that takes up very little space and using a wide variety of containers to Sous Vide food.
So what can you do? We will show you a few items that will help you prepare meals and parties that saves time, effort and money. There are many ways to use this versatile method and this class will let you experience first hand the taste, texture and ease of sous vide. Take the long tedious portion away from cooking and just finish and serve.

As this method of preparation increases cooking time. To accommodate this aspect, many of the items will be done ahead, but active demonstration on finishing will be hands on.
