Take Home Tuesdays Dinner

DINNER FOR 4 @ $45 is prepared in our kitchen with love, passion, and pride. You don’t have to cook on Tuesdays, as ITK Culinary will shop, cook and clean for you with their convenient Pick Up Service. Wholesome and home made!

Dinner MENU 11/28

VEGETARIAN!

Vegetarian Lasagna – Freshly rolled pasta, Spinach, Ricotta and Marinara form the foundation and sliced squash join the party along with Mozzarella, Parmesan, Romano and garden herbs.

Roasted Garlic Focaccia – House baked with garden herbs and topped with a sprinkle of crunchy Maldon.

Sautéed Green Beans with Almonds – The fall crops are just coming in and our beans are cooked twice, first steamed till still crunchy then, quickly in a coat of clarified butter and almonds.

Zeppoles – When we discussed this week’s menu, the feedback was split about 50/50 for more salad or what about dessert.  The Doughnut King – recently dethroned of his trusty steed by someone cutting him off, had only to whisper Zeppoles with Ricotta and Strawberry Coulis
