Kids Cooking – Holiday Thoughts

If your kids wants to get into the holiday spirit, get them into this class where we’ll create classic American dishes to usher in fall.

Warm Apple Cider – Yes, we’ll juice our own apples in this class then warm it gently with cinnamon sticks and a touch of nutmeg and ginger.

Cranberry Kale Salad – Dried Cranberries add just a touch of tartness to this beautiful salad.

Bacon and Cheese Frittata – Two flavors that are great together baked in an olive oil crust.  You’ll be amazed your kids made this.

Turkey al la King – Its never too early to teach your kids what to do with left over turkey.  They’ll also make a bechemel sauce and pie crust to pull it all together.

Pumpkin Apple Muffins – When these items are baking all you smell is fall.  These muffins are great for breakfast or a snack, but also can be a great dessert with a touch of caramel sauce.

Cost is $45.  Class begins at 1:30pm and last approximately 2 hours.
