The Meat Grinder – Sausages

You’ll be amazed with how easy it is to make great sausages in this class.  With October looming around the corner, get a head start for your Octoberfest party.  We’ll break down some pork butt and get to work with herbs and seasonings to create some great sausages.

Class begins at 10am and lasts approximately 3 hours.
