Our monthly date night class focuses on Fall Time flavors and ingredients that come together in a perfect menu.

Potted Shrimp – A classic holiday appetizer that is great to make ahead and share with all.

Rosemary Salmon Skewers РUsing rosemary accentuates the delicate flavor of salmon without over powering.  Grilling the skewers imparts a smokey flavor.

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup – The quintissential fall classic gets a bacon dusting and just of touch of sour cream.

Steak au Poirve – Cracked pepper, capers and just the right technique make this dish a stand out favorite.

Sauteed Wild Mushrooms – A perfect complement to our steak.

Class begins at 6:30pm and lasts approximately 3 hours.

Cost is $150 per couple.
