Our monthly date night class focuses on Fall Time flavors and ingredients that come together in a perfect menu.

Potted Shrimp – A classic holiday appetizer that is great to make ahead and share with all.

Rosemary Salmon Skewers – Using rosemary accentuates the delicate flavor of salmon without over powering.  Grilling the skewers imparts a smokey flavor.

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup – The quintissential fall classic gets a bacon dusting and just of touch of sour cream.

Steak au Poirve – Cracked pepper, capers and just the right technique make this dish a stand out favorite.

Sauteed Wild Mushrooms – A perfect complement to our steak.

Class begins at 6:30pm and lasts approximately 3 hours.

Cost is $150 per couple.
