Beef vs Pork?! Dry vs Wet?! Gas, Oven, Charcoal?! Rack up some knowledge in this finger licking class – from preparation to clean plates.
You will also learn about AND MAKE different side dishes and how they can maximize your cookout.
Every Attendee will be preparing a rub and preparing ribs to take home, as well as the two sides you make during the class!
MUST ATTEND FOR INFORMATION.
What To Expect
In this class we will be going over Ribs & Rubs at an introductory level. The skill level needed is very minimal but expect to come out knowing more about BBQ than anyone else you know
Be prepared to get hands on and get a little messy on this one as we will be working with spices and seasonings that can get messy for beginners.
All attendees will be taking home the food they made for enjoyment after the class!
